Welcome to Inner Harmony Acupuncture

Inner Harmony is indigenous owned and operated by Lana whose background is Anishinaabe, Cree/Métis. We
acknowledge that we operate on the ancestral and traditional territories of the Snunéymuxw First Nation.

Lana is offering Acupuncture, Moxabustion, Cupping, Tuning Fork and Facial Rejuvenation therapies to new and regular patients.

Lana loves treating patients using ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques that are being forgotten, Physiognomy (or Face Reading), and Esoteric healing. Face Reading (Physiognomy) dates back to the times of Pythagoras and Plato, and reveals personality traits and the client’s past; whereas Spiritual Healing treats emotional aspects of a patient and the spirit.

One of Lana’s primary goals is to treat clients at the Esoteric level; this results in treating the client as a whole, rather than simply focusing on their condition.

Lana is also offering Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, which is commonly referred to as Cosmetic Acupuncture, and has studied under world-renowned Facial Rejuvenist Mary Elizabeth Wakefield of the Chi-Akra Center in Manhattan, New York.

Education & Experience

Lana studied at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver for five years to attain a graduate Doctorate of TCM and Acupuncture, and is a Registered Acupuncturist, R.Ac (since 2006).

The five-year program included four years of Western Medicine (anatomy, pharmacology, diagnosis, physiology) Tui Na Massage, and Qi Gong – as well as the studying of the classics of Chinese medicine dating back 5,000 years to the first written texts on medicine.

Lana is also trained as a Reflexologist, attended Douglas College for Western Herbology, is a Certified Spiritual Healer, and a Diplomat of Earth Stewardship.

Linden Utting

(she/her) has worked as an RMT since 2015 in Toronto, Victoria, Nanaimo and Gabriola. She is the co-founder of MyBaby CST (Craniosacral Therapy) in Toronto (2018).

Developed by Osteopath Dr. John E. Upledger, Craniosacral Therapy uses only 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel) to release tissues from head to toe. CST works with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing mechanisms and calm the nervous system.

At the age of 34, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) changed the shape of Linden’s head and her life. A CST session with her RMT released a flat spot and put her on a new path forward. She immediately enrolled in courses to become a CST practitioner and eventually a RMT.

In 2018, She travelled to Portland, OE to take infant-specific CST training and has been a teaching assistant for that training with Carol Gray LMT, CST, RPYT. Linden has partnered with Midwives, Doulas, Lactation Consultants and has received referrals from the International BreastFeeding Centre in Toronto for her work with infants.

Linden is committed to providing a safe and supportive space for healing and empowerment. She is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Leslie

Leslie Sanderson (she/her) is a clinical counsellor offering attachment-focused somatic and EMDR therapy, grounded in relational and trauma-informed practices. With a decade of experience at the Haven Institute and advanced clinical training, Leslie brings warmth, insight, and lived experience to her work.

She supports clients who wish to explore personal growth and heal from childhood and relational trauma. She offers a special focus on step-parenting support.

A former environmental scientist, she weaves ecological awareness and feminist values into her practice, recognizing the reciprocal relationship between personal healing and our responsibility to tend to and respect earth.

Leslie continues her professional growth as a Haven intern and is part of the facilitation team for somatic psychotherapy trainings with Lisa Mortimore. She is a registered provider with the BC Crime Victim Assistance Program and the First Nations Health Authority. To learn more visit www.cygnuscounselling.ca.

Jesse

Jesse is a Registered Acupuncturist who brings a warm and grounded presence to her practice. She is committed to supporting women’s health, helping clients manage stress, and providing relief from pain, and she also offers cosmetic acupuncture treatments.

With additional training in yoga (YYT certification) and Zenthai Shiatsu, Jesse incorporates mindfulness and holistic principles into her acupuncture practice. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where each client can feel seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey.

For Jesse, acupuncture is more than symptom relief — it’s an opportunity to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. She works with clients at all stages, whether seeking stress reduction, hormonal support, pain management, or simply a moment to pause and reconnect. Her goal is to help people feel grounded, rejuvenated, and empowered in their daily lives.
